On Friday, May 8, 2026, the University of Electro-Communications (UEC) held "India Day."
On the day, we invited Mr. R. Madhu Sudan and Mr. Yashawant Dev Panwar from the Embassy of India, as well as Mr. Naotoshi Ikushima, President of Musashi Engineering Co., Ltd., and Mr. Shuichi Hashiyama, Director of TDK Corporation, who gave lectures.
A total of 133 participants visited the NexusPark on the first floor of the e-Nexus building, which served as the venue, where they engaged with embassy and company representatives and listened to presentations by graduates from India.
Additionally, at the Communication Park in front of the university co-op, traditional Indian dances such as "Bharatanatyam" and "Bollywood Dance" were performed, along with violin performances and opera singing, allowing interactions with many spectators.
